The Berserker meta shift, May 2026

Two weeks ago Berserker sat at 20% representation in Mythic groups. Today it's at 24%, and we wanted to understand why.

Pulling 8,400+ Mythic parses from the dpsvault archive, the picture is clear: the patch dropped a baseline 3% damage buff on Bloodlust Strike, the rotation's anchor — and that's not where most of the upside came from. The real shift is that crit rates rose because of an interaction with Battle Stim that wasn't documented in the patch notes.

When we control for trinket selection and player skill bracket, the buff explains 0.8% of representation growth. The rest is players discovering the Stim interaction.
