Terms of Service

dpsvault provides combat-telemetry software (the "meter") and a public statistics archive. By using either, you agree to these terms.

Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install the meter on one machine. You may transfer the binding up to three times per year via your account dashboard.

You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer beyond what's permitted by local law, or use the meter to disrupt other players' experience. We reserve the right to revoke licenses found in violation, with prorated refund.

Subscriptions are refundable within 7 days of initial purchase, no questions asked. After that, you can cancel any time and retain access for the rest of the paid cycle.

The meter is provided "as is". We are not liable for in-game consequences of using it. Our maximum aggregate liability is the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

The Netherlands. Disputes are resolved in Amsterdam courts.
